The Issue

Winston & Strawn is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Renowned for its expertise in litigation and ever-expanding corporate practice, the firm needed to update, contemporize, and consolidate its visual identity. Last redesigned and published in 2019, Winston & Strawn’s guidelines were never made available to the entire firm, resulting in innumerable gaps and inconsistencies, leaving the brand with a muddled identity. The challenge: With four years of work to go through, we had to formalize and execute an exhaustive and flawless plan in order to reestablish the Winston & Strawn brand.

The Insight

To ensure we completely understood the brand, we did an exhaustive brand asset and content audit. The end goal? The creation of an agile, adaptable, and consistent set of brand guidelines that could be deployed and implemented universally.
