PwC, the world’s largest tax and advisory firm, had set out to revolutionize its entire tax practice by reimagining the role and expertise of a twenty-first-century tax firm. This was far more than an enterprise-wide “software update.” No, PwC was going to significantly streamline its processes and operations by developing deeper technical, digital, consultative, and business strengths across its tax practice. By doing so, PwC could deliver greater experiences for its employees and clients alike. The challenge? Create a singular idea that would run across 13 practices while creating unique messaging for each line of service.
