With greater end-to-end solutions and firepower, next-generation technology, and advanced capabilities, the company was poised to be a “market maker.” Typically, a complete brand relaunch—new name, strategy, positioning, messaging and identity included— are months in the making. However, we were given a compressed timeline as months of work with a previous agency failed to impress the company founder, leadership team, and board.
