Project details

In its 100-year history, The Hebrew Home at Riverdale had grown well beyond its origins as a nursing home. However, with each of its services operating as an independent brand, the organization struggled to communicate its full-service offering and needed a strong brand, identity, and product architecture to carry it into its next century of caring.

Centered on the idea that the happiest customers – whether in the nursing home, the healthcare program, or one of the myriad services and programs they offer throughout the continuum of care – our new positioning implored that you can “Live A Full Life.” This inspired a new name, logo, and visual identity. We strategically activated the new brand through an end-to-end go-to-market plan, which included an internal launch event and training, a new website, email marketing, advertising, and more.

Brand awareness of RiverSpring Health and its services increased 85% across key constituents, and donations the following year increased by 20%.
