Brand Experience Design is an approach we've developed based on the belief that today’s strongest brands:

  • have a clear and meaningful point of view about who they are and what their benefit is to consumers, and
  • have a central brand idea that is expressed clearly, consistently and intuitively across all brand touchpoints (both ambient and projective).

When both of these objectives are met, the result is a brand experience that is not only genuinely satisfying, but appreciated on a pre-cognitive level. This is important for marketers today in that it means circumventing consumers' receptive callous and finding a place in their hearts that is resistant to reason (or competitive sales pitches!).

Now for the sobering part: almost no brand has perfected the Brand Experience. (Apple, Starbucks, Jet Blue and FedEx come close, however).

Our proprietary process has been specifically created to develop and execute Brand Experience programs that strive for nothing less than this sort of perfection.
